NeuroDX is an advanced artificial intelligence–powered diagnostic system designed to rapidly detect and analyze neurological disorders using brain MRI and CT scans. The project addresses the global challenge of delayed or inaccurate diagnosis of ischemic stroke and brain tumors—conditions where every minute is critical. NeuroDX integrates state-of-the-art deep learning models to perform lesion detection, classification, and segmentation with high accuracy and minimal computational cost. Through a streamlined interface, physicians can upload a medical image and receive an automated report that highlights abnormalities, measures lesion size, identifies type, and provides confidence scores. This enables faster clinical decisions, reduces diagnostic errors, and supports hospitals with limited access to specialized radiologists. The system is designed to be low-cost, accessible, and deployable in emergency departments, making it particularly valuable in regions with high stroke incidence and limited medical resources. NeuroDX also establishes a foundation for future integration with robotic surgical systems, enabling AI-guided interventions. By combining medical imaging, machine learning, and practical clinical utility, NeuroDX aims to improve patient outcomes, accelerate diagnosis, and demonstrate how AI can transform modern neurological healthcare.
